The NCMLU supports the view that Marxist-Leninists should form an alliance and eventually constitute a single communist party, free of all revisionist trends.

ALLIANCE M-L aims to examine the politics and history of the Marxist-Leninist Movement, in order to assist in the re-building of a Marxist-Leninist movement in both North America and internationally. Their purpose is to promote a principled unity between the Marxist-Leninist forces in both the USA and Canada.
