THE WORLD REVOLUTIONARY PROCESS.

The world revolutionary process is directed against imperialism. This can lead to the victory of socialism in one or several countries to begin with, but only the final victory of socialism on a world scale guarantees against capitalist restoration. Socialism in one or several countries is not opposed to the world revolution, as some leftists, Trotskyists, preach, but rather is an integral part of the worldwide revolutionary process. As Marxist-Leninists, we support the struggle for socialism in any country as part of the world revolution.

The restoration of capitalism in the former Soviet Union and other socialist countries resulted from revisionists having taken control of their communist parties. These concealed enemies of the revolution exist in every country. We support the struggle of all Marxist-Leninists against this pseudo-communist, revisionist movement.

THE STRUGGLE FOR SOCIALISM.

Imperialism is the eve of the proletarian revolution. Socialism cannot be achieved through a bourgeois Parliament, even if supported by a mass movement outside parliament. There is no parliamentary road to socialism in Britain. The strategy of a parliamentary road to socialism, supported by the mass movement on the basis of an alternative economic strategy is a revisionist, counterrevolutionary line supported by pseudo-communist revisionism in Britain.

We support the struggle against this dangerous, revisionist theory.

OPPOSING REVISIONISM.

Communist Party Alliance is an organisation of revolutionaries dedicated to restoring the Marxist-Leninist Party on a principled basis. To this end, CP Alliance is opposed to the contamination of the revolutionary working class movement by ALL forms of revisionism.

THE LABOUR PARTY.

The Labour Party is a pro-imperialist party based on open class collaboration, unlike the revisionists who conduct a concealed form of class collaboration. Marxist-Leninists must defeat the reformist Labour and Trade Union leaders as one of the essential preconditions for success in the struggle for socialism.

The task of Marxist-Leninists is to break the masses from following the leadership of the Labour Party.

THE REVOLUTIONARY PARTY.

The revolutionary party is formed by the most politically advanced section of the working class, organised on the principle of Democratic Centralism: full freedom of discussion and complete unity in action. The party upholds proletarian internationalism, is guided by the general principles of Marxism-Leninism and seeks to bring about increasing unity between all those who genuinely oppose imperialism, capitalism, racism and sexism. It calls for worldwide unity against imperialism.

There is only one road to socialism in Britain. It is the road of revolutionary struggle of the working class. It is the road charted by Marxism-Leninism, the road of the revolutionary smashing of the capitalist state and the establishment of the dictatorship of the working class.

And the revolutionary struggle can only reach its goal of working class power and the building of a socialist society when it is led by a Marxist-Leninist Party of the working class. It is our cardinal task to build such a party.
